A few months ago, I interviewed my co-workers, the CV’s management team members, to find more about what makes them tick, why they joined Cardinal Ventures and why they are so passionate about it. When asked about what the coolest thing about Cardinal Ventures is, their answers amazed me! Keep reading to find out more about what they said:

Getting to meet amazing entrepreneurs! Sitting down with students that are truly aspiring to change industries, and helping them accomplish their goals, is one of the most rewarding things I’ve done at Stanford. It’s a great community and network, and I do as much as I can to help grow that!

Seeing the evolution of young, ambitious entrepreneurs from all walks of life and areas of expertise is the most rewarding and energizing part of the Cardinal Ventures community.

When I joined CV, I didn’t realize that I was joining a family. I not only enjoy getting to know the outstanding entrepreneurs in every cohort, but I enjoy spending time with CV’s wide community — mentors, sponsors, alumni, etc. Most importantly, I am happy to work with such amazing human beings that make up our management team. They inspire me to be better every day.

I’m a big believer that you are the average of the five closest people you spend the most time with. Cardinal Ventures has allowed me to get to spend time with incredible individuals, including founders, mentors, and the entire team. Working with such motivated people who are really trying to make some sort of tangible impact has taught me a tremendous amount. I hope to one day share some of the qualities of many of our founders. For now, I am excited to continue to learn from them and work as hard as I can to help the founders’ dreams become a reality.
